Please, tell me something about you!!

I got this idea when reading through some other blogs. So, the idea is:

I would like to know more about you. Readers and anonymous people, please tell me something about you, like: ''Hello! I'm a 20-year-old girl, and I read your blog because I like to see pictures of stamps.''

Thank you!!

I took this pic in 2010. :)

The holiday has started!!

As I mentioned in my previous post, the winter vacation has finally started - the much needed vacation!

On Friday evening we headed to Hamina, a town in the South-East of Finland, close to the Russian boarder. There we were at my grandma's place. We didn't do anything that special; watched TV, talked a lot and went out to eat at a restaurant called 'Rosso' (I have heard it means red in Italian)... I also wrote a few letters and visited the new swimming hall there. I must say this new one is like super great compared to the old one. It's much bigger and lighter! There were many Russians as the swimming hall is situated with a hotel. haha. Anyway, yesterday we arrived back to Hämeenlinna and now I have some free time for writing letters and just relaxing. Yay!

Thank you Amit for the apple tea!!

I was actually going to make this post in a video form but, unfortunately, I became sick. I lost my voice (well, not entirely, but still.) and my throat hurts. .. It's like super annoying to be sick during a holiday! I hope to get better soon - before this winter break ends!

Ending this post with a joke pic of me being sick. ahhha.

- I don't normally wear the scarf in my head -

CHAYO!

Phone vs Tablet

Indeed, I'm trying to decide whether to buy a phone or a tablet. Some of you may know that I have been considering of buying a new phone ever since my brother got a better phone than me, let's say 6 years ago. I'm not good at making decisions that include me loosing money, except when it has something to do with stamps. So, I have always used others' old phones that have cost little or not at all. I'll start with showing you my beautiful old phones. hah. I must admit the first one is the only ''new'' phone that I have had.

1st - only ''new'' phone :)
2nd
3rd
4th
5th
And 6th - currently using this one.

At the moment I'm trying to decide whether to buy a phone or a tablet. My most potential options are: Samsung Galaxy S4 mini or Apple Ipad mini (the one that has a place for a sim-card).

Please, help me! Quick replies are appreciated!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY, tho EVERY DAY CAN BE A DAY OF FRIENDSHIP!

I hope you are all enjoying this day, having fun with your friends, boyfriends, girlfriends etc. I did have fun today, visited grandma and watched Olympic Games! I really enjoy watching different sports that aren't normally shown on TV. :) It's something different!

What a mail week ;)

Once again week passed so quickly.... I didn't do many interesting things, except cross-country skied 37 km on the last weekend. :p I also shopped a bit - found a nice shirt for €3 (it's original price was €39.90..).

This week was so full of mail, which was awesome!! ;) However, I didn't have a chance to send any letters. Hopefully, I can write letters next week!

Let's start with the letters I received:
- Emma, Australia
- Inga-Siv, Sweden
- Ilona, Latvia

On February 6th I also had my nameday. It's not a big deal, but I still received two cards and ate an ice cream cake (Com'on, who wouldn't like ice cream cakes?). :)

I also received two more cards and many postcrossing cards!!
