8th week '13

Hello everybody! :)

I hope you are doing great! This week I had two exams at school, but they weren't the finals yet. I also got the results of the listening comprehension tests. They aren't the real results, but still! From Russian I got 68/90, which is very good, I think. I usually got around 50 when we practiced it at school. xD From English I got 83/90, which really surprised me. I thought I did really bad, but it went so much better than I though. :)) Now I won't have finals until the second week of March.
That's enough of school... Let's talk about something more interesting like letters. ;)

This week I received quite many letters:
- Amit, Israel
- Lütfiye, Turkey
- Hyun Jeong, South Korea
- Ga Yeon, South Korea
- Joanne, Singapore

a nice stamp from Israel
Such a beautiful bookmark and a necklace
a notebook, some chocolates (I think) and coffee from S.Korea :)
a Singaporean stamp
The next five stamps are from South Korea, and I absolutely love all of them! :)

I'm sure you would like to know to whom I have sent letters to as well, so here it goes..
- Yessica, Mauritius
- Sabatina, Indonesia
- Ayaka, Japan
- Dora, Hungary
- Emilia, Finland

Enjoy this weekend and have fun! =)

7th week '13 ~ still continuing with the booooring headlines

Hellohellohello! :)

This week has been soooo hectic. I have enjoyed it a lot, though.
First of all I want to wish you all a

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!! <3  or FRIENDS' DAY! hahah. :)

I shall write you about my week, but first I will make a mail update. I'm sure you all want to know from whom I have received letters from, and to whom I have sent some.

Week 7 letters were sent to:
- Harjyot, India
- Emilia, Finland
- Iina, Finland
- Ilona, Latvia

and arrived from:
- Inga-Siv, Sweden
- Emilia, Finland ( another super fast reply. haha. )
- Ofri, Israel

During this week I reached my goal of 300 km cross country skiing. :) I have skied 335 km, to be exact. I'm so happy I was able to reach the goal that I had set for this winter. I guess my new goal is to ski 400 km. :p

14th of February was my last day of school. We celebrated it by dressing up ( I was a PIRATE :p ) and taking a truck ride around the center of Hämeenlinna. While doing it we threw candies to people. It was so much fun!!! :) I even got in two photos of a newspaper called 'Hämeen Sanomat'. You can't see me very well on the photos, though.

Hämeen Sanomat (15.2.2013)
Hämeen Sanomat (15.2.2013)
Here are some of the photos that my mom took. =)

We went on a cruise, too, but I didn't take any photos....
Anyway, now I will be busy with studying.. So, see ya later!

6th week '13 ~ sorry for the boring headlines

Heyyyy! :)

This week my final exams started or I guess I should say matriculation examinations.. haha. Anyway, yesterday I had Finnish and I'm pretty sure I passed. :) Last week I was able to send only one letter, which went to: Emma from Australia. It's because I was preparing for the exam. I also visited my grandmother in Hamina, so I didn't have time for letters. Too bad! :(

This week was such a great mail week, I received so many lovely letters from:
- Yessica, Mauritius
- Sabatina, Indonesia
- Dora, Hungary
- Hristiyana, Bulgaria
- Harjyot, India (MY FIRST EVER LETTER FROM INDIA <3)
- Florencia, Uruguay

Then I received three cards (well, two of them came with a letter) and a little gift. :))

Today I went skiing with mom. We ended up skiing 17 km, though our goal was to ski 20 km, but then it started snowing! ;) I hope you are enjoying this weekend as much as I am. :)

5th week '13

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!
So, it's a time for a mail update once again. :) This week I have had exams at school, and next week my final exams will start. This means that I'm going to get so slow at replying to letters. :( I have decided to write at least one letter per a week, but that's not enough, not at all. When Easter comes, then I'll reply to all letters! My last final exam will be Russian, and it'll be on the Easter week.

This week I didn't receive any letters, but I got two Christmas cards. It's weird how long it took for them to reach me, but I'm glad they didn't get lost. :)

This is from Guam.
This is from Argentina.

This week I was able to send out some letters, too.
They are travelling to:
- Naomi, Malaysia
- Laura, USA
- Ida, Norway
- Nastya, Ukraine (rewritten)
- Silvina, Argentina

Once again, I'm wishing you a great weekend! :)
I'll go to meet my grandmother in Hamina, so I know my weekend will be nice.
